Over the course of a 15-year career with the Federal government, I successfully developed over $1 billion in funding requests for various organizations with diverse missions.
I personally briefed high-ranking officials and decision-making bodies, including a Cabinet Secretary, the President's Office of Management and Budget, and the House and Senate Appropriations Committees.
I understand what the government is looking for in a grant proposal.
